Was just playing Smite and Arma 2 DayZ and the temp got to 54C (with 3 screens) and THAT ALL. Operating system: Windows 7 (build 7601, Service Pack 1) 64bitĬPU model: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770K CPU 4.20GHzĬPU flags: 4200MHz MMX SSE SSE2 SSE3 SSSE3 SSE41 SSE42 HTT :( Sorry Asus, Still love you.īinary: Windows 32bit Visual C++ 1600 Release Mar 7 2012 I will say this, I prefer Asus products but will have to pick EVGA software.

I will admit, I had to use EVGA Precision X because I noticed a problem with the Asus GPU Tweak the voltage wasn't working, sooooooo I tested EVGA's software and it worked FLAWLESS.

Update 8/7/12: I OCed my GPU to 1100MHz, while keeping the temp below 70C EASY. PS I am not a hardcore OCer so I really only OC when I need it but I want everyone to know that these cards can be pushed to the limit and if you need it they should and will handle the push without any problems. Hope this helps future buyers if I am missing something you would like to know please feel free to comment and I will do my best to help you. You can get the same performance, if not better, than the 680. If you are considering the 680 over this, well I can get you (or you can look online) that the price isn't worth it.

Overall this is a great buy, you won't be disappointed. I can say I am very impressed with the temp.

With the SLI graphic card one is running at 56 degree Celsius and graphic card two at 60 degree Celsius with full load, three monitors, and fans set at 50% speed. Again all this done on three monitors and not even OC. I have tested BF3 with average FPS 47 (lowest 27), SWTOR with average 70 (lowest 60), and Diablo 3 running at 60 FPS (turned on Vsync). I am running three monitors and it look and works GREAT. It was a bit tricky at first to manage everything (Not Asus fault, it was a Nvidia problem) but once I got the correct setting everything ran flawless. I am currently running SLI and having no problems. As I stated in the beginning I loved the card so much I bought another. So I cannot stress enough how great that program is and very user friendly but let me talk about the performance. I do want to say that having this program run during games does seem to drop FPS a little. You can set how often to check these numbers. The temperature, volt, usage, and clock monitor is very nice. You can even set fan speeds to a "user define" mode that allows you to set at what temps equal what fan speed, all on a simple graph. You can turn on an advance mode and get more in-depth to customization. The program uses a scroll bar to set the desired number performance. It is called Asus GPU Tweak and it is honestly very simple to use for new OCers and professionals. When the time comes to needing to OC it is stupid simple. If you not I have done barely any OC to the cards because honestly I have yet to need it.
